It's located in a great spot in the mall. The staff were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was good. We tried bruschetta and Wiseman salad for appetizers and those were good choices. We had wonderful beef ravioli and one of the pizzas which I can't remember the name but it was delicious. Will back to try the other menu items.

Quattro Cafe was so good. We ordered the seafood pasta, Prosciutto E Arugula Pizza, and the Wise Guy Salad. The seafood pasta was my favorite. They don't have it on the menu but if you show a picture or ask for it then they can make it for you. The flavors were amazing and I loved all the seafood mixed in with the pasta. The pasta, pizza, and salad all went so well together. The complimentary bread that they gave us was also very delicious. Quattro Caffe is located inside of the mall so it's very convenient if you ever crave pasta while shopping. I will definitely be back and I want to try their other dishes on their menu.

Great hidden spot! I came here for lunch but should've really been for dinner since I was full the rest of the day! Portion sizes are huge. There is limited seating due to this being a small space inside of South Coast but there is a bar and seating along the front overlooking the mall near the entrance so I could foresee there being a wait for seating. The food is great but does take a while to come out ours took around 25 minutes. The pizza was a tad bit burnt on the bottom and fell apart as you ate it but the taste was great. The Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious as well. Drinks are also great. My Aperol Spritz was perfectly made and not too bitter or sweet. This is a bit pricey but worth it. Will be returning.

I've been coming here for years and Francisco is the best server! The ladies next to my table who got served by Francisco were saying what a gentleman he is and completely agree! They have a good food and I recommend to be seated where Francisco serves!

I love this place. It is always busy and their Italian food is yummy. This is like the 3rd time I've been here. I usually dine out alone and I find that some restaurants don't cater to solo diners. Not this place. They seat you quickly even when it's busy and they are very friendly and welcoming to everybody. Today I had the risotto, and crème brûlée for dessert. They give you a good, healthy portion of risotto. It is also very tasty. I also ordered a crème brûlée along with an iced mocha for dessert. All dishes were yummy. Next time I'm back at South Coast Plaza, I'll probably eat here again and try their other dishes

When I shop at South Coast Plaza this restaurant is a must. They have great quality Italian food. The service is impeccable. The manager and the hosts are so warm and caring. They get you In quickly even with a wait. Our waitress, Briana is always attentive, funny, and professional. The atmosphere is cool with a lounge feel. Live music weekly and specials. Great prices with big portions.

My family Came here for Mother's Day brunch... I was exhausted from A day of shopping and really wanted a particular drink- Tuaca (Italian brandy). I was absolutely delighted when Dom came up and gave the good news. they carry it here- and we all shared a drink together! It is my favorite Italian liqueur, and I was beyond happy. Once Dominico and the fam bonded over our love for the drink, the whole experience got better and better- everything was truly fantastico! Dominico & his team provided top tier service- truly first class, and helped make this a very memorable Mother's Day. Everyone was so genuinely kind too, and are so appreciated. The food was excellent. My toddler had two servings of the lobster raviolis, devoured the shrimp, and like the fries and pizza. & kept saying "more more more"- we LOVED it. She was the star of the brunch at our table. & everyone was amazing. This was the Best Mother's Day brunch- period. Thank you again, Dominico & team! We will certainly be back!

From the moment you walk in, as you feel the atmosphere and look around, you will feel at home. In fact, you will feel as if you've been transported to Italy. The staff is friendly and very attentive. When we sat down at our table, our waiter took the fabric napkin from the table, shook it and placed it on our laps. I love that special touch! The staff immediately served our drinks and took our order very quickly. They are so meticulous about every detail and I love the old-school atmosphere, and work ethic. You're constantly being waited upon and cared for by the staff! The pizza is the best! Everything we have tried, we have loved! It's not just about the food but the experience!

The food was absolutely delicious. A little expensive but not bad at all for the area. The waiters were very nice and polite. I LOVED the focaccia they put on the table and they even gave us extras. The drinks looked delicious. The bread was the best about this place and I would go back just for that. The waiters and staff was super helpful with my boyfriend being lactose intolerant and it felt like one of the owners was Italian himself. They also had a musician start to play and it all sounded very nice. It is in a mall so it is not super classy or quiet but great atmosphere and great food. I would give a solid 4 on the vegan scale, but as an overall restaruant, a 4.5

I've grown up around the mall my whole life and I don't know why I've never tried this place before! The ambience was so cute - but a little loud and difficult to hear. They had live music with a musician singing & playing his guitar :) The calamari was so delicious! Honestly, a lot of places don't give you a lot of squid AND they use too much batter where it tastes super fried. Quattro cafe gives you the perfect amount of squid and batter where I don't feel sick eating too much lol I also ordered the "seafood pasta." It wasn't on the menu; but it had two prawns, some squid & 2-3 pieces of clams / mussels. Great taste for the pasta and ask for the pink sauce!! It was $39 for reference :) service was good and they kept checking up on us to see if everything was ok. Would definitely come here again!
